Mark as Useful Guy with a fairly strong South Asian accent claiming he was from CRA and "legal action had been started against you." This was left on an anseering machine. He had to be contacted for more info. His clai is definitely not true so I assume it is a scam. Call was on November 25, 2015....Also, a bit muffled and difficult to make out. Presumably this was intentional.

Mark as Useful two calls claiming he was calling on behalf of the CRA. He knew my name and started saying I owed them money.
